The fundamental philosophy of Design College Australia is that
you need to be ready to meet industry standards as necessary upon graduation. The best way for us to ensure you're getting the right training is to keep our eyes on where you'll be working.

We maintain close links with professional bodies, such as the australian graphic design association (agda), brisbane art and design club (bad club), afa youngbloods and the dia, so that we can prepare you for work in the design industry. Many of these organisations, along with industry professionals, form part of the college's industry advisory committee. This committee is responsible for developing our unique courses and teaching structure.

We frequently host industry functions, giving students a great opportunity to meet and discuss design with potential employers.
We also bring in designers and photographers for guest lectures,
and invite industry members to attend student critiques.

We stay focussed on where our students are going.
